Board of DirectorsBCADA is governed by a Board of Directors, which is currently comprised of ten members, all of whom have close ties to the Baldwin community. The Executive Director answers directly to the Board. Regular meetings are convened on a monthly basis and emergency meetings are called as needed. Agenda items include, among others, matters of policy and procedure, finances, and community issues which may directly impact the agency. The Board firmly believes in the mission and goals of BCADA and, as such, is very supportive of the staff and all aspects of the program.
