The Baldwin Council Against Drug Abuse (BCADA) is an agency with an innovative approach to helping youths and adults whose lives are being endangered by substance abuse as well as other problems.
Consistent with our belief that substance abuse is a symptom of underlying problems, BCADA offers a program of treatment, prevention and education to help clients and their families lead productive and fulfilling lives.
The staff of BCADA is comprised of:
-Executive Director who is a licensed clinical social worker.
-Clinical Director who is a licensed clinical psychologist.
-One full-time licensed clinical social worker.
-One full-time clinical psychologist (awaiting licensing)
-One part-time licensed clinical social worker
-One part-time secretary/office manager.
-One part-time bookkeeper.
-Masters and Doctoral Level Interns from various local colleges and universities.
